A MESSAGE FROM THE PROPRIETORS:
Hello! My name is Jules. My husband Joe and I operate a small distillery in Montana's northwest Rocky Mountains. Our story actually starts with a cup of tea. I was sipping some herbal tea one day, and had the idea to cultivate an herb garden for our own tea. So we did but as we looked around outside, we also found many of the herbs our friends use to produce spirits such as gin and absinthe. Soon, we were in business selling herbs. Since we were fans of those liquors, it didn't take long for us to consider starting our own micro distillery as well! After a relatively quick process, and with a lot of support from our friends, our idea became a reality. Now we specialize in small batch, artisan spirits with the emphasis on tradition and flavor using only the best herbs available, many still grown in our garden.
