Links: Select and copy the URL you want to link to. When composing the post in your dashboard, type the phrase you want linked and then select it to highlight it. With the phrase highlighted, click on the link icon in the toolbar (sixth from the right in the top row of the toolbar). Enter the URL in the proper field. You can safely ignore the other stuff, but search engines really like to see the Title field. It's the text that will appear when people hover over the link. Good luck!
